Timothy Adams Curran, a fifth grader from Saint Mary of the Snow School, won the Ulster County Catholic School Spelling Bee on December 14, 2011. He then entered the Scripps Howard Spelling Bee in Albany. Out of one hundred fifteen children, he placed 5th.
