(Windham, NY) Ulster Savings Bank would like to invite the public to an opening reception at their 5494 Main Street, Windham branch on Friday, July 6th from 6:15pm – 8:00pm for their latest art exhibit, a collection of photographs by Bruce LaPierre. The exhibit will be available for viewing at the branch through Saturday, September 15th.
Mr. LaPierre, of Greene County, has been a photographer for over 30 years. He began his impassioned, worldwide photographic journey as a high school student.
The exhibit, titled “Catskills in Focus”, will feature the natural beauty that is rampant in the Catskill Mountain and intertwined villages of upstate New York. Large format landscapes, wildlife, and journalistic images employing a wide range of photography techniques from black and white to high dynamic range panoramas, produced on media including canvas, cotton, metallic and traditional photographic paper will be on display.
