In celebration of National Garden Week, June 3rd through the 9th, The Saugerties Society of Little Gardens Garden Club gathered outside Smith Hardware Store in the Village on Friday June 8th and handed out complimentary plants. This years offering was a Dianthus plant.
It was a beautiful event and well received by the community.
In addition, for that past several years the Saugerties Society of Little Gardens decorates a window at Smith Hardware in honor of National Garden Week.
Gardening is challenging but it is productive and enjoyable and we hope everyone will grow a beautiful garden!
