Representatives from Kingston and Benedictine Hospitals to Solicit Community Input at Meetings in Kingston and Saugerties

(Kingston) Assemblymember Kevin Cahill (D- Ulster, Dutchess) and representatives from HealthAlliance, Inc., will be convening two public and open forums to discuss the future of the health care in our region.
 
The first meeting will be held tomorrow, Tuesday, June 26th at Kingston City Hall at 6:00pm.  Area residents will also have an opportunity to participate on Thursday, June 28th at Cahill Elementary School, located in Saugerties, at 6:00pm.  For more information please contact Kristen Murphy in the District Office of Assemblymember Cahill at 845-338-9610.
 
“I am pleased that we are going ahead together with plans to facilitate public discussions regarding the future of health care in our region,” said Assemblymember Cahill.  “As a constituent and consumer myself, I know firsthand how important it is to keep our communities informed and actively involved in the process.”
 
The meetings have been scheduled to accommodate public input.  For those who are unable to attend in person, thoughts, comments and questions can be sent to the Assemblymember’s office by mail at 1 Albany Avenue Suite G-4 Kingston, New York 12401, by email at cahillk@assembly.state.ny.us and by telephone at (845) 338-9610.
