Saugerties Police arrest Fugitive from Justice

On Monday, May 21, 2012, at about 2:26 a.m., members of the Saugerties Police Department's Patrol Division arrested Tracey L. Curet of 241 Main Street, apartment 2, Saugerties, as a Fugitive from Justice when it was discovered that she had an extraditable warrant of arrest out of the state of Mississippi. Officers had been called to Tracey's apartment to investigate a complaint and had taken her into custody after discovering the warrant. Tracy was arraigned in the Village of Saugerties Court and remanded to the Ulster County Jail without bail.
